Important Information for All TPECS Certified Training Providers Offering the Anti-Bribery Competency Unit
In February this year, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) published ISO 37001:2025, the updated version of the Anti-Bribery Management Systems standard.
As a result, Exemplar Global has updated its Anti-Bribery TPECS Competency Unit (Exemplar Global-AB [TCD35]) to reflect these changes. We encourage all training providers currently offering the 2016 version of the Competency Unit to transition to the 2025 version using the process outlined below.
This will ensure the continued certification of the AB unit under the TPECS Certification Scheme and maintain the relevance and value of your training for participants.
Step 1
Exemplar Global sends 2025 version of the AB Competency Unit to TPECS providers holding this unit
Step 2
Training Providers update assessment materials to conform to the 2025 version of the Standard and to meet the requirements of TCD35
Step 3
Training Providers make a self-declaration via return email stating that assessment materials have been updated to meet the criteria of TCD35
Step 4
Exemplar Global records the date of the self-declaration made by the Training Provider
Step 5
Exemplar Global updates the Training Provider Search Register to show that the Training Provider is approved to offer the 2025 version of the AB Competency Unit
Step 6
Exemplar Global performs a Document Review on the AB assessment materials during the next routing surveillance assessment
NOTE: The training provider may not offer trainees a Certificate of Attainment displaying the 2025 version of the AB Competency Unit until Exemplar Global has acknowledged their Globself-declaration.
