Exemplar Global does not operate as an auditor, as a certification body, nor as a training provider, but operates independently of customers and stakeholders to provide services for the recognition of achievement and to promote the ongoing professional development of those recognized and certified. Exemplar Global is also aware of the potential for conflicts of interest with staff and contractors, and the measures set out in this policy apply to all Board, staff, contractors, and any associated with Exemplar Global.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or if the product doesn’t do what it is supposed to do.
