A TalentClick Assessment works as a behavioral analysis that can be used for both potential and existing employees to identify behavioral strengths and risks. Essentially, the analysis captures the personal characteristics of individuals that can help to predict on-the-job behavior, including personality traits, values and attitudes, cognitive abilities and more. Numerous organizational case studies have shown that these characteristics can reliably predict how a potential employee may handle role requirements, interact with others, as well as their ability to fit into the work environment. Furthermore, they can also provide valuable foresight into potentially risky and problematic behaviors.
Exemplar Global’s Assessment program comprises the following offerings:
Completing an Assessment is easy. The questionnaire is cloud-based and can be completed online on any device including a computer, tablet or mobile.
Firstly, participants need to fill in their contact details. Then they will be taken through to the questionnaire, presented in a Likert scale format, that gives the option to answer each question from a scale of ‘Strongly Agree’ to ‘Strongly Disagree.’ On average, it takes about 10-15 minutes for participants to complete the assessment from start to finish. However, some of the more in-depth assessments (e.g., the Leadership Profile) can take up to 45 minutes to complete.
Once a participant has completed their assessment, reports are generated automatically within one hour. Reports can also be emailed to other specified recipients in organizations if required.
To formalize that a participant has completed their Assessment, they will be issued with a digital badge. Badges for the Assessment program will be displayed within our Exemplar LINK portal and and Exemplar Global’s Search Register.
