Auditing, as a profession, relies on standards to define what we do, to train new auditors, and to control our work. What do the standards say about us? Who writes them? How can we influence them? How well do our customers think we are doing? All these points will be covered by this session’s speaker, who is the former chair of ISO TC 176/SC 2, the committee with responsibility for ISO 9001.
