Description
Auditors operate in a dynamic and complex environment. A significant challenge for the industry is attracting new graduates or early career professionals. This could be due to several factors. Firstly, the perception problem with auditors, as it’s often viewed as less glamorous, a mundane and administrative role, or less dynamic compared to other career paths in finance or consulting. Secondly, graduates face increasing competition from industries offering higher salaries, better work-life balance, or more exciting opportunities. This presentation aims to provide an overview of how we can counteract the industry challenges, using a range of skills at our disposal, and provide some examples of what has worked in practice.
