Adam Maxwell – Technical Director

Reflecting on his journey since joining Exemplar Global on January 10th, 2010, Adam Maxwell reminisces about the organization’s earlier days. “We used to have offices in both Milwaukee in the USA and Sydney in Australia,” he recalls, noting how each office diligently managed its own region. Despite some cross-pollination between the two offices, they remained largely distinct units.

Over the years, Adam has witnessed Exemplar Global’s evolution firsthand. “One of our greatest achievements has been fostering an environment where ideas flow freely within the management team,” he shares. “I believe this has contributed significantly to where Exemplar Global stands today.”

 

Erin Unwin – Technical & Operations Manager – Food Safety

For Erin Unwin, who has been with Exemplar Global for 17 years, the journey has been one of continuous learning and growth. “The most rewarding aspect of my role has been building rapport with our customers and supporting them on their certification journey,” she shares.

Erin offers sage advice to newcomers embarking on their journey with Exemplar Global. “There’s a lot of information to learn. I’m still learning every day now,” she admits. “Just take a lot of notes and ask questions.”

 

Suzi Gomesz – Account Manager

Having joined Exemplar Global 15 years ago, Suzi Gomesz recalls her initial impressions of the company. “When I first joined Exemplar Global, at the time it was called RAB-QSA, I didn’t know much about the company,” she admits. “But as I went along, I realized it was an opportunity to learn, develop my skills, gain knowledge, and gather experience from others.”

Suzi emphasizes the role of technology in driving innovation at Exemplar Global. “Over the years, technology has played a significant role in transforming our operations,” she observes. “We’ve transitioned from manual processes to digital platforms, offering our certified professionals more opportunities for learning and development.”

 

Anna Irons – Administrative Assistant

For Anna Iron, who has been with Exemplar Global for 17 years, the journey has been one of teamwork and dedication. ” We had fewer Australian staff back then, but we all worked together to ensure completion of tasks,” she reflects.

Anna underscores the significance of adaptability in response to change. “As industry standards and requirements evolve, we ensure continuous updates and effective communication with our customers,” she emphasizes. “This enables us to support them in realizing their full career potential,” she adds, underscoring Exemplar Global’s unwavering commitment to excellence.
