Many ISO 9001 organizations and auditors are unclear regarding the requirements, how to implement, and how to audit ISO 9001:2015, clause 4 – Context of the Organization. This presentation will include more in-depth discussion of the requirements pulling in additional content including relevant linkages within the standard. Topics will also include how to audit these requirements and some implementation examples.
