Description
All management systems standards invoke several references to related clauses—the High Level Structure guarantees these interconnections in ISO 9001:2015 and related sector-specific standards (automotive, aerospace, environmental, etc.). Auditing the organization’s understanding and application of these interconnections creates a logical audit trail from strategic decisions to tactical accomplishments. This presentation will trace these structural requirements from an auditor’s perspective to better enable compliance and effectiveness assessments.
