Leadership Team

Brian is our Chief of Staff. Brian takes a creative approach to organizational leadership development, having worked in organizations ranging from multi-nationals, to regionally based not-for-profits. During his time spent living and working in USA along with other opportunities that extended to Europe and Asia, Brian has experienced a diverse range of living and working styles. This has helped him understand the importance of engaged, motivated, passionate people; and the power and success that comes from supporting people to reach for that ideal.

Having held corporate leadership roles in the petro chemical and textiles industries, Brian also worked with the indigenous peoples of East Arnhem Land, a remote indigenous community in northern Australia. It was here that he supported the development of work and social capabilities for those who seek to maintain viable homelands.

For the past seven years, Brian has had the good fortune to hold various roles in Exemplar Global using his experience and capability to support those that work in the conformity industry to enhance their personal development and career aspirations.

Brian resides in the Southern Highlands of NSW Australia, where he finds a good deal of satisfaction in the quieter urban lifestyle, and the joy of working in the rose garden surrounded by groves of maple and birch trees.  His downtime involves reading, following his beloved Collingwood Football Club and Australia’s mighty cricket teams.
