The Moisture Infused Pork Auditor Certification program has been developed as an Industry Scope under the Competency-based Food Safety Auditor Certification program, to provide confidence to Australian Pork Ltd. (APL) and its customers that all auditors undertaking APL Quality Assurance Program (QAP) audits referencing the Moisture Infused Pork (‘MI Pork’) Certification Standards have the appropriate competencies to ensure that all requirements are being met.

The National Food Safety Auditor (NFSA) Certification program provides national (Australian) recognition for food safety professionals on behalf of the Australian State Regulators.

The Australian Pork Industry Quality Auditor Certification program has been developed as a scope under the National Food Safety Auditor (NFSA) Certification program to provide confidence to Australian Pork Ltd.
