Qualifications [Education, Training, Work Experience] (Clause 3.1,3.3): Secondary Education as well as a nationally recognised qualification such as degree, diploma in Food Safety or related disciplines plus 2 years food sector work experience

HACCP Practitioner

Knowledge Competencies (Clause 3.2): Exemplar Global-HP
HACCP Plan Experience (Clause 3.4): 10 HACCP plans developed
Qualifications [Education, Training, Work Experience] (Clause 3.1,3.3): Secondary Education as well as a nationally recognised qualification such as degree, diploma in Food Safety or related disciplines plus 2 years food sector work experience

Principal HACCP Practitioner

Knowledge Competencies (Clause 3.2): Exemplar Global-HP
HACCP Plan Experience (Clause 3.4): 10 HACCP plans developed with 2 of them as a solo auditor or team leader
Qualifications [Education, Training, Work Experience] (Clause 3.1,3.3): Secondary Education as well as a nationally recognised qualification such as degree, diploma in Food Safety or related disciplines plus 2 years food sector work experience

Lead HACCP Practitioner

Knowledge Competencies (Clause 3.2): Exemplar Global-HP, Exemplar Global-TL
HACCP Plan Experience (Clause 3.4): 10 HACCP plans developed with 3 of them as a Team Leader

Business Improvement HACCP Practitioner
